National History Day's 2025 Teacher of the Year Award
History teachers are invited to complete this short form by Friday, January 3, 2025 to nominate themselves for consideration. Once the nomination period closes, affiliate-level nominees will be chosen to submit additional materials for consideration for the national award. In June 2025, one middle school and one high school teacher will each be presented with the 2025 NHD Teacher of the Year award and will each receive a $5,000 stipend.
