NCSS Interim Executive Director Anton Schulzki reflects on the recent NCSS response to the elimination of funding for the National History Day (NHD) Program. NCSS will continue to advocate for the vital role of social studies education and the programs that empower students to become thoughtful and engaged members of our society.

Due Friday: Rho Kappa Scholarship Submissions

High school senior members of Rho Kappa are eligible to apply for this $1,500 scholarship, designed to help students with college, university, or trade school education costs. Applications are due April 18, 2025. Eligibility criteria, submission guidelines, and this year's prompt can be found here. The application must be submitted by a Rho Kappa Advisor.

Educating All Learners Alliance (EALA) New Champions Fund
